job description

We are looking for a ' Sales Manager ' for our client operating in water treatment.

Achieve revenue growth plans and sales targets. Regularly monitor results and address issues and concerns that impede positive results.
Ensures strategic initiatives are executed in accordance with Chem-Aqua geographical area budgets.   ·   Communicate new policies, sales techniques, and other modifications to Sales team.  
Advocate operating efficiencies and dynamics for a successful sales program within the area.  
 Outline, present and sell the value of products and services that can benefit customer needs  
Research and share best practices with own team and the wider sales team.  
As new products and services are introduced, oversee the team to ensure consistency in implementation.  
Partner with peers and management to enhance selling techniques and approaches.  
Complete reporting for own team, including but not limited to; sales forecasts, weekly activity, monthly and quarterly reviews.  
Mentor, motivate and coach sales team on lead generation, improving conversion rates, leveraging and increasing revenue from existing customers, and other key sales skills.

qualification

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent level qualification with emphasis on business or marketing is desirable not essential
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in sales and management.    
Fluency in written and spoken English language
Experience in B2B or Industrial Sales      
Proven personal experience and success in direct sales    
Experience managing and motivating a small /medium sized team to deliver excellent results consistently for a sustained period of time.
Can demonstrate successful delivery of business growth within existing and new customer segments / market areas.    
Able to demonstrate a good ability to balance multiple competing priorities.    
Can demonstrate good analytical and problem solving skills.    
Good interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal; comfortable dealing with all levels of management/non-management both internally and externally to an organisation.    
Able to demonstrate success interfacing with various internal (sales, marketing)and external constituents (customers).
