We are looking for "Treasury and Finance Specialist" for one of our global clients operating in medical sector.

Daily management of cash flow and treasury operations. Solving problems encountered in daily operations and contributing the process of evaluating, recommending and implementing cash management solutions,

Executing payment transactions of the company,

Monitoring and reporting the developments in Turkish and international financial markets,

Preparing, updating and presenting actual and forecasted cash flow statements and reports,

Developing and maintaining treasury, risk and cash reporting,

Managing the company’s FX transactions,

Managing letter of guarantee (LG) processes,

Managing and developing relationships with banks,

Coordinating the company’s cash position,

Handling the loan portfolio of the company,

Reviewing loan documents and all agreements with banks and provide executive summary to management prior signing,

Ensuring bank reconciliations are completed accurately on time

Giving support to all departments about treasury related issues,

Ensure compliance in line with company policy and procedures in all processes.


University degree in Economy, Accounting, Business Administration or similar fields,

Minimum 2-4 years of experience as treasury/finance specialist or similar in corporate or banking environment,

Excellent command of both written and spoken English,

Excellent knowledge on MS Office applications (in Excel having excellent knowledge of formulas, charts and pivot tables),

Experience with accounting/SAP(ERP) systems is a plus,

Strong analytical thinking, communication and team work skills

Excellent skills with attention to detail and accuracy,

Good knowledge of services and solutions proposed by financial institutions,

Experience in an international company or environment is a plus,

Able to work under tight deadlines and under pressure,
