An exciting opportunity for a University Graduate (must have a Degree), ideally with some corporate experience looking to build a career with a global leader in B2B design of corporate commemorative gifts. If you have a passion for working with professional clients, love working in a buzzy environment and have an interest in design this is the perfect role for you. The Account Coordintator will earn a competitive salary of £20,000-£23,000 with bonus. The right candidate will need to be efficient, organised and client service focused.

The Account Coordinator has a vast range of responsibilities within the division including assisting the Account Management team in coverage and helping to grow revenue in the region. The Account Coordinator will help clients negotiate the design process for bespoke marketing items that will tell a story for their brand or commemorate a corporate milestone.

The role will be a blend of sales administration, liaising with internal and external stake holders , research, project coordination with design teams and productions and helping to close projects.

What will you do?

Project Management

oProactively work with Account Managers to help coordinate and manage new projects from conception to completion
oSource and coordinate research on miscellaneous project management items
oServe as a liaison between the Sales, Art and AM teams, factories, vendors, shipping carriers and clients
oReview artwork changes & production files for accuracy before approval
oManage third party purchasing & tracking with outside suppliers
oAssist in preparation of billing documentation and process client invoices
oFollow up on production pipeline to ensure timely delivery; proactively address/resolve production issues meeting client expectations
oAssist with project management for ad hoc projects across the vertical team
oPerform other duties as assigned
oHelp management access and drive continuous improvement strategies for the AM team.

Customer Service

oMaintain an understanding of customer service protocol and client-specific procedures required to service existing accounts
oTake over client coverage when AMs are out of the office - step into the role, move projects forward, and maintain all channels of communication
oExhibit exceptional teamwork, conflict resolution and customer service skills
oRepresent the company to clients, vendors, and new contacts in a professional and positive manner


oCoordinate sales efforts with AMs to achieve departmental goals
oMaintain current product knowledge and help client select products based on existing needs
oExpedite resolution of client issues to ensure client satisfaction meets company standards
oMaintain and develop positive business and client relationships

What type of experience and skills do you have?

*University degree and experience in a Sales Administration, coordination, customer service/client relations environment.

*Keen problem-solving skills; you can work independently, think quickly and take action as needed
