Accounts Administrator - Croydon - Permanent

Are you experienced Accounts Assistant or Accounts Administrator seeking a new permanent position in Croydon?

Are you looking to work with a leading company that will offer you progression and development?

Our leading Property Management client based in Croydon have a new and exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven Accounts Administrator on a full time basis.

Reporting to the Account Administration Team Leader or Client Accountant, the role will be to assist the client accounting team with Administration tasks to ensure that all deadlines are met & adequate accounting records are kept.

* £18k-£20k basic (depending on experience)

Duties Include:

* Inputting/processing invoices on a weekly basis.
* Filing, scanning and systems management
* Answering payment queries via phone and email
* Completing the contractors, HMRC, pensions and salaries payment runs
* Ensuring that all suppliers receive remittances advice for payments
* Taking card payments over the phone
* Assisting the team with bank reconciliations answering/directing general accounts
* Processing incoming cheques, card payments, posting monies onto the database
* Filing bank reconciliations
* Input of year end balance service charges surplus

Experience Needed:

* Proven Accounts related experience
* Attention to detail
* High level of financial logic
* Ability to work on their own.
* Experience of bought ledger would be an asset but not essential
* Capable & organised
* Professional, motivated and keen to learn and develop
