Experienced AP within Construction? This is an opportunity to work for one of the largest infrastructure specialists in the UK.

The Accounts Payable assistant will be required to have previous experience in this role and ideally worked in the construction sector.

You will be using COINS - experience with COINS is essential to this role

This role is starting ASAP and is for 3-6 months

Working hours are 08:00 - 17:30

This position is paying £10-15ph PAYE £16-20ph LTD

Accounts Payable Assistant Responsibilities:



* Managing incoming Invoices, delivery tickets and general queries from the group email 'in-box'
* Processing the finance post and mail
* Invoice scanning and batching
* Processing delivery ticket
* GRN Input on COINS
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Month end dashboard reporting and KPI's

Accounts Payable Assistant Requirements:



* Previously worked within Accounts Payable
* Able to do statement reconciliations
* AAT qualified (or working towards AAT)
* Construction industry experience is desirable
* Knowledge and Experience of Purchase Ledgers/Accounting systems
