Administrator in Basingstoke, postcode RG23 8BG . Working for a global leader in healthcare technology, the role will be to coordinate international shipments. This is a temporary role for a period of 6 months.

Hours of work and Salary



* Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)

* 08:45AM to 17:00PM

£20,000 PER YEAR

Responsibilities:

The administrator role is to support the Customer Service Manager with projects which are required to be delivered within tight timelines. The project involves a heavy administrative load and this role will be responsible for;



* All administration tasks related to the project
* Updating databases
* Using and updating Sage 200
* High volume of data entry
* Use of Microsoft Excel

Requirements:

To be successful within this role you will be required to meet the below criteria:



* Experience working on projects and delivering to tight deadlines
* Ability to complete high volumes of Data Entry
* Experience working at a fast pace in a busy environment
* Updating database
* Strong administration skills with experience in administrator role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficiency on Microsoft Excel
* Desired - experience using Sage 200
