A Turkish construction company is looking to employ an office administrator, to be based in Central London, managing all administrative duties and liaising with Turkish speaking colleagues and clients in their office as well as other offices around the UK.

The candidate must be fluent in Turkish for this role.


* Located in a vibrant part of Central London, close to many restaurants, bars and shops
* Paying between £20 - £25 K
* A friendly team
* Room for progression
* A chance to be involved in multiple projects


* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
* Liaising in Turkish with colleagues that travel from different offices and also in the current office
* Preparation of outgoing post
* Greeting visitors, carrying out visitor inductions
* Arranging couriers
* Liaison with landlord for office premises and dealing with any faults/repairs/issues
* Back up Travel Booker for the whole region
* Updating Regional documents - phone, project lists, charts and schedules
* HR duties- Updating new starters and leavers record
* Monitoring holiday and sickness reports
* Payroll duties- processing payroll, invoices, purchase orders
* Office Archiving
* Calendars (Common)- Conference Room/Board Room
* Monitor kitchen enough Milk/Tea/Coffee - Dishwasher etc.
* Marketing - Researching Projects

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* An understanding of the Construction Industry would be a bonus
