Administrator - Spondon- DE21- £9PH

Are you looking for exposure into Full-Time employment? Do you have a keen eye for detail? If so a leading Construction company are recruiting for an administrator and we are looking for individuals seeking a new challenge or their first challenge just like you!

This positon is to serve Administrative duties to the client and be the first point of call for any queries that may arise.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

* Utility Packs - Printing off service drawings regularly for each site agent from GIST and from various utilities sites so that they are always in date.
* Uploading all EMIS audits onto system - sent in weekly by Site Agents.
* Bulletin Board - Logging all schemes/jobs onto this in order to track job and upload relevant documentation.
* STW Cfolder system - uploading all site paperwork - drawings, completion docs, cost plan etc onto this system for STW visability.
* Assisting Lead Admin with ordering and delivery of PPE when required.
* Updating sites weekly whereabouts and distribute.
* Providing support to PS Manager, Lead Admin, Operational Management Team and PMO Management Team.
* Provide admin team cover for annual leave, sickness etc.

* Closing off Close Calls from airsweb system in a timely manner
