My client is looking for an experienced Administrator in the Churchdown area of Gloucester.

Responsibilities



* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
* Manage appointments etc. for Operations manager
* Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
* Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data
* Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements



* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
* Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
* Manage customer expectations
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Ability to multitask necessary
* Attention to detail
* Ability to deal with all members of an organisation,
