The Role

This is a three month temporary contract for an Allocation Controller , based within Packaging , at our site in Trostre. Reporting to the Scheduling Manager. The role is mainly office based administration type duties , with some requirement to enter stock yards within the manufacturing areas. The purpose of the role is to reallocate orders to maintain an effective manufacturing flow , meeting customer objectives , and achieving weekly production targets whilst operating within our inter process stock targets.

To carry out this role successfully, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

* Fully engage with our Health and safety objectives / requirememts
* Assist with achieving departmental KPI's
* Attend meetings within the Supply Chain team
* Work with production and Technical personnel
* Reallocate customer orders as required
* Collate detailed statistics
* Produce charts / reports for the management team
* Enter the production stock yards to label customer orders

Requirements / Personal Specification

* 5 GCSE's or equivalent including Mathematics and English.
* Ability to interpret KPI charts
* Good communication skills
* Careful attention to detail required
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
* Training to be provided within the role
