Administrator

Plymouth - Administrator - Leading Company

Are you driven, motivated and keen to work in an office support role in Plymouth (Moorcroft area)

Do you have Administration experience and are confident at learning new systems and processes?

Our leading Construction supplier is seeking a motivated and professional Administrator to join the team on a long term contract (12 months)

Working within the logistics team, you will help provide Administration support to on-site managers on a full time basis.



* Immediate start
* Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)
* Excellent company and working environment
* Full training provided and ongoing

Duties Include:



* Data entry - Adding customer orders to the systems
* Driver briefs - check and print outs - Checking paperwork and ensuring correct
* Filing, scanning or general office paperwork
* Updating customer spreadsheets using excel
* Helping to answer phone calls and emails from customers
* General administration - Systems update, management information reports

Experience Needed:



* Team Player, confident and motivated
* Good IT skills and keen to learn
* Immediate to start or short notice
* Able to work 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
* Hard working and reliable
