I am currently working with a Large Facilities Management company who are looking for a Facilities Administrator in Wrexham. The role is initially on a 3 month basis with the view to going permanent for the right person.

The role will entail basis admin duties, mucking in with what's needed and assisting other team members. Filing, Photocopying, Scanning etc.


Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel

Demonstrate a wide range of skills including good interpersonal, organisational, verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management.

To be organised, methodical and show attention to detail.

Have a can-do and adaptable approach and strive to anticipate what is needed and take appropriate action.

Ability to prioritise and carry out instructions.

Be highly motivated, accurate and work well under pressure.

Ability to communicate at all levels in a confident manner.

A team player - take account of other's workloads and offers help.


Hours 08:00 am - 4:00


Outlook, Word and Excel experience essential.

* Admin experience essential
