We are currently recruiting for temporary positions such as Administrators / Receptionists / Medical Secretaries - within the NHS, across the Manchester area.

Duties will include:



* Meeting and greeting patients
* General admin duties
* Providing secretarial support
* Audio Typing using the Dict8 system
* Typing various letters, documents, reports and notes
* Updating patients data using the PARIS system
* Being responsible to record minutes during meetings
* Maintain the database updated
* Undertaking basic admin duties such as scanning/ copying and filing
* Taking urgent action on complaints


Experience required:



* Previous admin experience
* Previous medical experience desired
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise own work load
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Diary management
* Fast and accurate typing
* Motivated, flexible, reliable and proactive
* Experience of using PARIS, PAS, EMIS, Docman, ICE etc would be advantageous
