Admin/Sales Coordinator





Do you have experience in working with Timber products?

We are looking to recruit a new member of staff to support our Timber sales team in Southampton.

What's involved?

* Taking incoming calls from customers and providing information on our products
* Providing customer with relevant and accurate calculations in regards to quotes and quantities
* Receiving incoming emails as well as calls
* Supporting external sales teams
* Raising purchase orders for timber products on behalf of the Branch Network
* Raising inter branch transfers for timber product distribution
* Purchasing materials directly from main depo when there is a lack of stock

Who are we looking for?

* MUST have experience working with or dealing with Timber
* Experience as an Administrator
* Good IT skills, mostly Excel
* Good customer service experience
* Confident on the phone
