Do you have experience in dealing with challenging behaviours and vulnerable service users? Perhaps you are a qualified support worker searching for a new career?

Randstad Care is seeking the employment of a specialist Adult's Support Worker who can construct a therapeutic yet trustworthy relationship and work alongside our client service users in order for them to develop independently. This current vacancy is situated across Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities of the role:

* Caring for vulnerable adults
* Take care of residents welfare
* Provide high levels of personal care
* Administer relevant medication

Requirements to be considered for this role:

* NVQ level 2 Health and Social Care - preferable but not essential
* Experience in challenging behaviour
* Ability to show initiative, be willing to work flexibly and to keep an open mind
* A passion to help vulnerable adults
* A compassionate nature
* An enhanced DBS already on the Online Update Service (very desirable)
