About Our Client

Randstad Care have been selected to support with the staffing of Advanced Nurse practitioners of a new pilot service based in Warrington. We are looking to speak to senior clinical professionals to work within an Acute Visiting and Enhanced Care Home Support Services. This is ideally a full-time contract position but suitably experienced part-time applicants would also be considered.

Job Responsibilities:



* Assessing and treating patients
* Maintaining exceptional levels of care
* Liaising with Team Leaders to ensure duties are complete
* To identify and monitor patients at risk and report accordingly
* Act as a resource for other members of the clinical team
* Facilitate a culture, which promotes and maintains best practice utilising current and best evidence
* Participate in and initiate clinical audit as required.


Preferred Skills:



* Nurse Prescriber (V150 or V300)
* Specialist Practitioner Qualification
* Minor Illness / Injury trained
* Chronic Disease Management
* Experience working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner within a Walk in Centre setting
