Administrator

A large family run business is looking for an analytical administrator to work in their office based in Camden to focus on various residential projects within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:



* Updating and managing up to 8 different reports
* Managing project information for over 1000 projects
* Working alongside the project manager and business analyst to update information
* Using formulas and V look ups on Excel
* Ensuring inspections have been carried out on live projects
* Liaising with the clients on a daily basis
* Attending meetings
* General office typing, including meeting minutes, sub-contractor interviews
* Formatting documents for staff, both in the office and on sites
* Ad hoc admin duties, filing, archiving etc.

The ideal candidate will have:



* Excellent communication skills
* Analytical skills, maybe someone from a commercial background
* Strong Excel knowledge
* Strong IT skills in MS Office
* Must be adaptable to new processes and structures within the company
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* An understanding of the Construction Industry would be a bonus
