Are you an architectural Technician with experience within the Residential Housing sector? My client, a market leader within the New Build Housing sector is currently seeking an Architectural Technician to join their West Midlands office. This Architectural Technician will be required join the existing team producing detailed work to be processed from Inception through to completion.

This is a really exciting opportunity for an Architectural technician to establish themselves within a rapidly growing business. The software skills required for this role are mainly the ability to use AutoCAD (Both 2D and 3D) however they would also like to see Architectural Technicians who have a good understanding of Revit as this is something that may be introduced in the future.

Architectural Technician Position Overview



* Working on a wide range of Residential projects
* Taking projects from inception though to completing providing drawings for some of the practices established clients
* Providing suggestions for some of the practices projects

Architectural Technician Position Requirements



* Living in West Midlands
* Experience working with the Residential sector
* Good knowledge of using AutoCAD (Revit Advantageous)
* Experience taking projects from inception through to completion
* Willingness to progress within a role
