My client is currently seeking an experienced administrator to assist the Asset Portfolio Supervisor in producing a high-quality asset management services to both internal and external customers.

Role requirements:

Processing of resale documents to enable completion of transfers: including processing of Deed of Covenants, TR1 and Certificates of Compliance; preparation of consents: receipting of notices. Liaison with relevant external parties in relation to the above. Dealing with consent applications, reviewing Leases and liaising with Asset Manager

With support of dedicated teams within the company, providing professional and efficient first point of contact for customers' enquiries in relation to all aspects of asset management including but not limited to ground rent charges, sub-letting, managing agent disputes, insurance charges and Leasehold Reform Act.

Skills and Experience:

* Ideally having experience of working in a property management business
* Possibly having experience of working within an administration/financial role
* Highly PC literate and ideally familiar with using Excel and Word
* Ability to rapidly gain a good understanding with unfamiliar computing systems
* Experience of communicating with external customers
