I'm looking for GRADUATE Quantity Surveyors to join my client, a market leading M&E contractor in the delivery and installation of telecommunications across various rail, LU and Network Rail projects. Based out of Central London, this freelance position is on an ongoing contract looking for an eager and past paced candidate.

Location: London

Roles and responsibilities:

* Preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documents, interim valuations of the construction
* Provide general support in the cost management and financial reporting
* Attend meetings to provide QS input, review project progress and present project data as appropriate
* Working on own projects as appropriate

Candidate Requirements:

* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND (not necessary)
* Working knowledge of NEC/JCT
* Have a very good work ethic and be willing to work hard
