Assistant Site Manager

Permanent Opportunity -Sussex- Diverse project portfolio

Are you a driven, ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking for your next step? Do you want to work for an award winning main contractor who will guide you to reach your full potential?

The Client: Award Winning Main Contractor seeking an Assistant Manager to manage a variety of projects including MOD, Education and Residential. You will initially be joining a commercial project in East Sussex to the value of £20 million.

Once complete, you will be moved to a project within Sussex or Surrey consisting of either healthcare, education or residential.

Position: Seeking a motivated and driven Assistant Site Manager reporting to a Site Manager. You will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the project, H&S and programme.

Requirements



* Ideally previous experience as a Assistant Site Manager working for a Main Contractor
* Project experience in Commercial, Education or Housing
* HNC / HND / Degree in Construction Management is desirable but not a necessity
* Highly Organised
* Work well under pressure
