The client are a privately owned house builder based in Berkshire that specialise in the development of volume traditional build housing throughout Hampshire, Wiltshire, Surrey and Oxfordshire.

They are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a new development in Newbury consisting of 75 traditional build units. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as an Assistant Site Manager for a volume house builder and must be based within an hour of Newbury. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £45k + package.

Responsibilities

Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all Customer care issues also. If you are looking to progress your career to a Site Manager then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for as all competant assistants are generally given their own site to manage within eighteen months.
You will preferably come from a trade background with experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
