The client is a national house builder based in Berkshire that specialise in the development of traditional build housing throughout Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Hampshire.

They are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a development in Wokingham consisting of 200 traditional build units. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as an Assistant Site Manager and must be based within an hour of Wokingham. Due to the level of experience required the client has stated they would be looking to pay up to £45k + package.

Responsibilities

Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all Customer care issues also. If you are looking to progress your career to a Site Manager then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for as all competent assistants are generally given their own site to manage within eighteen months.
You will preferably come from a trade background with experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
