Work within the heart of Central London with a team that has worked with some of the most well known developments nationwide

The company has been instructed on some of the largest developments in the sector with their Housing Association clients and have carved themselves a niche within the affordable housing sector. They are looking for talented and somewhat altruistic professionals who can provide a fair balance of housing stock into the mix.

THE ROLE



* Preparing Red Book valuation reports primarily for land acquisition purposes including associated development appraisals
* Liaising with the team and other property professionals to source information for development appraisals.
* Supervising and undertaking development appraisals for various purposes including Financial Viability Assessments, development scheme option appraisals and cash flow modelling;
* Training and mentoring junior members of the team.
* Strategising research and future valuation revenue streams
* Undertaking valuations of existing properties and/or land;

THE PERSON



* MUST BE MRICS.
* Ideally a Registered Valuer
* High level analytical skills, looking at data to understand market trends
* Being assertive in your justification of value, but also be able to understand your clients views.
* Experienced in New Build sector, especially in the South East would be highly desirable
