BIM Specialist- Main Contractor

Are you a competent BIM Specialist looking for a new challenge in a company that can offer a healthy pipeline of work with huge potential to grow and develop as seen by many of the staff currently there?

My client, a leading Main Contractor with a turnover of nearly £600m is looking for a driven and motivated individual to push and improve the graphics for bids, tenders and Asset Information Models.

The office, in Central London is easily accessible by Public Transport and Private vehicle.

The individuals will be an integral part of the Pre-Construction process which can give the individual a chance to develop a team beneath themselves due to the pipeline of work the business has.

Key Skills

* Architectural / BIM Coordination experience is essential
* Architecture or engineering background is required
* Must be driven by deadlines and possess strong problem-solving skills in order to enable the use and implementation of several software platforms
* Revit, Autodesk, Sketchup and Rhino experience would be ideal
* Programming ability with Dynamo / Syncro is required
* Animation experience with the use of 3D Max and Lumion
* Exposure to rendering, visualization, drawings and image editing is desirable
* AR/ VR experience is desirable

* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* Experience with Grasshopper
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong communication
* Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
