Building Manager - 325,000 Sq Ft Commercial Building - Central London - Up to £55k + Package

Are you an experienced Building Manager, looking to manage a fanstic new build, located in the heart of London?

Do you the sound of managing a brand new, luxury 325,000 Sq Ft trophy building?

The role will involve the Building Manager to head up the mobilisation on this exceptional new build as well mentoring an Assistant FM and outsourced service providers.


* This role offers the chance to work on a building located in a popular spot in Central London
* Working with some of the countries leading corporate occupiers, as well as prestigious retail tenants.
* Excellent development opportunities within the organisation, allowing a real opportunity for career progression.


* Preparation, management and reconciliation of a service charge budget in excess of £3 million
* 5* customer service provision and delivery
* Daily tenant and client liaison
* Management of front of house and soft service contractors on site
* Fit out and project works management
* Undertake regular building inspections
* Management of health and safety provisions across the building
* Liaising with surveyors and building managers to promote best in class FM service deliveryAssistance on any small project works
* Completion of audits across various sites.
* Managing an Assistant FM, offering guidance and training.


* MBIFM - Member of BIFM Qualification
* Managing Agent Experience (Desirable)
