Building Manager - 150,000 Sq. Ft Multi-Tenanted Commercial Building - Liverpool Street - Up to £50k + Package

Are you an experienced Building Manager, who is looking to manage a fantastic new build?

Do you have experience in dealing with defects and snagging?

I am currently recruiting for a Building Manager, to be based in the city of London, to get involved with defects and snagging for a newly refurbed building. Ensuring exceptional tenant liaison with a variety of corporate tenants.

Responsibilities:



* Annual service charge budget management with preparing, monitoring and reconciling a service charge of £1.5 million.
* Daily client and tenant liaison.
* Overseeing fit out/ refurbishment works whilst ensuring tenants are minimally affected.
* Defects and snagging
* Management of both hard and soft service contractors on site.
* Reports on supplier services performance against agreed SLA's.
* Work effectively with external consultants to deliver agreed outcomes.
* Prepare management reports for on site staff.
* Attend and chair meetings with clients and tenants.
* Undertake regular building inspections.
* Audits and inspections of supplier delivery.

Requirements:



* IOSH / Nebosh qualification
* MBIFM - Member of BIFM (Desirable but not essential).
* Managing Agent experience
