Business Support Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer based in a Housing Association in East London.

Post: Business Support Officer

Rate: Circa £20,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced Business Support Officer to provide business support to your neighbourhood and to other regions as required. Lead on a portfolio of work (allocation of cases / coordination of gas checks / lettings casework) as well as other administrative and support tasks for your teams.

The main duties of the role are as followings;



* Carry out actions to achieve 100% gas safety compliance, including sending out letters, coordinating no access visits and competing legal paperwork, and other administrative tasks for the region as required.
* Carry out lettings activities, including completing new let packs; updating CORE; tenancy commencements; scanning Tenancy Agreements, and other administrative tasks for the region as required.
* Allocate casework to your teams, ensure that Case/Property Managers have a balanced allocation of work and track performance against cases and actions for the team / region as required.
* Run reports, analyse data and produce graphs / reports as required by the Regional Managers, Assistant Director or Regional Director.

Requirements



* Previous Social Housing experience.
* Able to demonstrate strong administrative experiences, gained in fast paced working environments.
* Organised, flexible and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience of using Microsoft office packages is essential.
