Are you looking to assist in caring for vulnerable elderly people? Are you looking for waking night shifts? My name is Katy and I am looking for a people with a desire to work with elderly. No experience is required as the client is happy to train passionate people with the right frame of mind. In this role, you will become part of a valued team where you are rewarded for your dedication and successful completion of training, with a salary that's £8.67, £9.39 or £10.67 depending on experience. This fully modernised and spacious service offers activities to the residents such as Music and Movement, Bingo and Choir. Set in the heart of Winnersh is a beautiful purpose built 1970s service with iconic green copper roof.

Job Purpose -



* Working as part of a team where communication is key
* Keeping up to date records of changes in behaviour
* Assisting clients with their daily routines
* Encouraging clients to get involved in daily activities organised by the activities coordinator
* Encouraging choice, independence and confidence in all aspects of their day
* Be caring and emotionally support of the difficulties they face
* Enabling people with Dementia to live an active and sociable life
* Taking part in activities encouraging involvement and engagement
* Offering support and sensitivity to those you care for

Requirements -



* Experience preferred but not required- Must have a can do attitude and passion
* Able to fit within the rota as follows:

Waking Night- 21:00- 08:00
