Job Description

Key duties and responsibilities:

Manage HMI domain work, responsible for design and developing the sports car human machine interactions. Work with engineering team, design team, marketing and other teams in order to deliver not only a well functioning system, but also a world leading fantastic user experience. Plan resources, assignments, department output, and budget. Enhance associate development through mentoring, training plans, goal setting, and performance appraisals

* Work closely with the Director/Head of Infotainment and connectivity, managers and PMO to drive teams.
* Managing different teams in your area to let them run in an effective and productive way.
* Analyse the brand value and apply it to digital design and user experience.
* Analyse and create human machine interaction requirements, definitions and processes with project, market, design, engineering

Design the flow, graphic and interaction method on how to use the vehicle system.

Provide necessary input on system design, component design and other engineering team for get the best use experience.

Assess needs and take initiative to determine activity and design.

Guide and facilitate project objectives.

Setup evaluation environment to let target customer can clinic on the system to see how it is before full implementation

Facilitate a team environment.

Manage teams, making them accountable and keeping projects on target.

Observe and measure project performance to determine if the project is hitting the milestones and targets.

Involve respective departments, engineers and suppliers in key decisions to create greater accountability.

Work to eliminate impediments to the project's success.

Work with all departments to ensure that goals of each team are met and expectations are communicated.

Coach and assist teams with their target.

Own the HMI team daily operation.

Coordinate and manage external suppliers and supplier activities related to the projects

Qualifications and Experience (Essential & Desirable criteria):

Essential Criteria:

* Bachelor's degree and experience in interaction design, industrial design
* HMI team leader
* HMI Strategy
* HMI SCRUM master
* Industrial design
* Interaction design
* Team leader skills
* Photoshop
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Interaction design leader or UX design leader or UX SCRUM master or Supplier interaction design leader
