We are looking for outgoing support workers to join a fantastic and supportive team in a dynamic environment.

This role will be temp to perm but if you're only after an ad-hoc role we can accommodate that as well. The role is working with service users with varying needs such as; challenging behaviour and Autism.

Responsibilities of the job include:



* Providing excellent support for young adults with Autism and EBD
* Building relationships with service users and their families.
* Following care plans to help service users reach their goals.
* Support with day to day living, personal care included.
* Support service users on days out and activities.

Ideal candidate would:



* Have worked in a challenging behaviour setting before.
* Have Autism experience.
* Have experience with non-verbal service users (not essential).
* Have physical intervention experience.
* Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
* Have minimum experience of 12 months working in a residential setting.
* NVQ level 2 in Health and social care or above would be an advantage (not essential).
