In this influential role, you will work alongside a supportive and encouraging team to implement strategies and programs for students with physical disabilities and complex needs. With large facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, you will be the first point of call to help any student who needs support and guidance to overcome their barriers to learning.

Job responsibilities:
- Help students to engage with peers and staff and ensure that each teaching assistant in your team is implementing this
- Provide specialised strategies and tasks for students
- Ensure you provide advice and support to all of your teaching assistants
- Lead general duties including personal care and physical management
- Ensure all staff understand all school policies


Key skills:
- Have own means of transport (essential)
- Moving and handling training
- Experience in: SEN, education, nursing or care roles
- Flexible to change work patterns
