The Company -
Your building, your business, your day-to-day operations. Our care, our flexible thinking, our attention to every detail. Listening to our customers and forming close working relationships with them allows us to bring together all the essential elements of facilities management and support services to deliver the most effective solution every time.
With experience that spans a wide variety of built environments, our focus is on finding a better way of doing things that meets and exceeds your objectives - from single disciplines to total facilities management. FM CORE is our mantra (cost, operators, risk and environment).
Our success depends on our commitment to technical innovation and the constant development of skills and techniques across our teams. In this way, we bring genuine added value that helps us create mutually successful, long-term relationships.

The Site -

This school has a long history but the building is approximately 5 years old and with multiple floors and a large area to cover across classrooms, sports halls, dining areas and more there is plenty of work to be done on site.
There is an existing team of 9 cleaners and my clients are actively looking to hire a supervisor to oversea the team. You will report only in to the roaming Facilities Manager.
