Are you an experienced CNC Turner with both operating and setting experience, who is looking for a new challenge within a growing precision engineering company? If you are we are looking for individuals like you!

This role is primarily to operate and set CNC Lathes using Siemans and Fanuc systems within a fast growing and ambitious company.


* £22,000 basic salary
* Overtime available at 1.5x basic rate
* Programming training available to aid with progression
* Plenty of onsite parking available
* Close to main motorway links
* Close to local train station

The successful candidate will have experience using turning centres, in setting tools and offsets as well as proving programs through to "first off" stage.


* To set CNC turning machines for production within allocated times
* To operate machines making adjustments to the machine settings as required
* To ensure that the quality expectations are met to the standards of the technical drawings.
* Ensure that allocated operation times are achieved
* Fill daily activity sheets
* To be aware of and observe personal health and safety, and that of other members of staff.


* Previous experience with Fanuc or Siemens
* Experience setting and operating CNC Lathes
* Must be competent reading and interpreting engineering drawings
