Are you an experienced CNC Turner with both operating and setting experience? If you are looking to take on a new challenge we are looking for individuals just like you!

This role is primarily to set and operate CNC.

The successful candidate will have experience working with Siemans or Fanuc controlled turning centres, be experienced in setting tools and offsets, proving programmes through to "first off" stage.

Responsibilities include:

* To set CNC turning machines (lathes) for production within allocated times.
* To operate machines making adjustments to the machine settings as required.
* To ensure that the quality expectations, as per drawing and planning are achieved.
* Ensure that allocated operation times are achieved.
* Fill daily activity sheets.
* To be aware of and observe personal health and safety, and that of the fellow members.

Experience, qualifications and skills:

* Experience with Siemens or Fanuc
* Experience with setting and operating
* Must be competent in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
