Salary : upto £21,000

Swillington, Leeds

To complete general administrative duties related to sub contract arrangements, client billing and payments

Key Accountabilities

* Updating client portals with onsite hours, subcontractor information and material costs.
* Checking jobs sheets against job costs to ensure all times/cost have been accounted for.
* Prepare daywork claims and produce invoices as required.
* Scanning of documentation, ensuring accurate data input, and uploading to client web portals.
* Respond to general subcontractor queries via the telephone or email, maintaining a polite and courteous manner at all times.
* Inputting of sub-contractor invoices onto the finance system
* Process weekly sub-contractor payments for authorisation by Operations Manager
* Complete general administrative tasks as required for own role and that of the team.
