A heavyweight Commercial Manager position has landed!!! Our client, a Top 5 Developer, is currently on the lookout for a new Commercial Lead to head up various projects in the circa of £150m+. You will be heading up the Commercial Team on Major Residential projects.


* Procurement of all supply items & subcontractor packages.
* Monthly cost/value reconciliation.
* Management of all financial matters.
* Pricing of all contract variations.
* Negotiation with sub-contractors.
* Regularly updating projected final accounts.
* Preparation of interim valuations.
* Chairing site & client progress meetings.
* Managing interim payments to sub-contractors.
* Overseeing cost-analysis and estimating process against an agreed Schedule of Rates.
* Recruiting, mentoring and leading junior Commercial staff.
* Regular updating and managing cash flow forecasts.
* Preparation and agreement of all final account matters.
* Cost valuations with sub-contractors.

Required Experience:

* Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Manager.
* A proven ability to financially manage projects in excess of £150m.
* Degree qualified.
* Excellent client facing skills.
* Strong IT / reporting skills.

My client is looking to pay in the region of £90,000 - £100,000 + a competitive package.
