Commercial Manager - Infrastructure - Central London - £80-90K + Package!

Are you sick and tired of being a small cog in a big wheel? Do you want the opportunity to lead your own project as well as your own team? My client, a top tier main contractor who are one of the most successful in the UK Construction market are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead an infrastructure project based in Central London.

You will be working for an established top tier main contractor who turnover in the region of £1bn. Working within the infrastructure business, you will be leading your own project right from the very early stages as well as a team that will grow as time goes on.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities (not limited too):

* Provide accurate financial reporting on the projects he/she is leading
* Manage a team of direct reports
* Manage subcontractors ensuring they follow the companies procedures
* Track the budget and ensure internal costs are within it
* Help / advise fellow colleagues where necessary

Key Experience:

* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
* Experience working for a top tier main contractor within infrastructure
* 10+ Years Experience
* (Ideal not necessary) Experience managing a project / team previously
