Commercial Manager - Highways - West London - £80 - 90K + Package!

Are you sick and tired of being just another number? I have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager / Director to take control of the complete commercial department of a highways maintenance contractor, based in West London! You will oversee every commercial aspect while managing your own team.

You will be working for an established highways contractor with an exciting pipeline as well as opportunity to grow and expand schemes and projects already on my clients books!

Principal Duties & Accountabilities (not limited too):



* Managing a commercial team below you
* Provide accurate financial reporting on the project they are leading
* Track the budget and ensure internal costs are within it
* Effectively manage subcontractors and ensure they follow the companies procedures
* Help / advise fellow colleagues where necessary

Key Experience:



* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
* Experience working on highways schemes (IDEAL)
* 10+ Years Experience
* Experience managing a project / team previously
* NEC Form of Contract experience
