Our leading Property sector client based in Croydon had a new and exciting opportunity for a Complaints Resolution Administrator on a permanent basis. Working within a team and under the direction of the Customer Support Manager, you will investigate and resolve complaints relating to Property developments. This is not a phone based role. You will act as an escalation point and first point of contact which can be via email, phone or letter. Although there are not large volumes of complaints, you will be required to conduct extensive investigations and provide formal written resolutions

Duties Include:

* Act as the first point of contact for clients/tenants who wish to escalate unresolved issues or concerns
* Contact internal staff and Property Managers to investigate the background to the raised issue
* Set up and administer a centralised log on the Customer Support systems
* Provide regular monthly reports on Customer Support activity
* Undertake all correspondence and other communication between all relevant parties
* Ensure that all Customer Support activities are compliant with internal policies and procedures
* Discuss all cases with the Head of Customer Services and agree a response and resolution strategy
* Chase up all correspondence and ensure we respond to all matters in a timely and professional manner
* Undertake a thorough investigation of the complaint which should involve contacting all parties


* Proven knowledge of the importance of customer services
* Property sector experience or similar
* Experience of carrying out formal procedures to deadlines
* Determined, patient, firm and diplomatic
* Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure when needed
* Strong problem solving abilities
* Ability to interact at all levels
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills
* Strong co-ordination and time management skills
