Are you interested in a Site Manager position on a £8m cut and carve commercial office refurbishment in central London?

The client requires someone with experience specifically in cut and carve/new build projects and must have previous experience on projects with new structural steel works/steel strengthening throughout the building, a new roof plant area and full fit out afterwards.

This project also involves a new 2 storey extension to the side which will involve underpinning the neighbouring party wall and sheet piling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing the subcontractors to deliver the project on time, to a high standard and report to an on site Project Manager.

The Construction Manager requirements:

* CSCS card
* First Aid
* Worked on cut and carve/new build office fit out projects £5m+
* Trade background preferable


* Oversee subcontractors on site and report in to the on site Project Manager
* Forward thinking and able to work to tight deadlines
* Able to plan ahead and establish solutions with the PM to overcome any problems/issues that may arise
* Confident with finishing trades and compiling/completing snagging lists
* Looking for freelance work
