We have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Support Team Member to join a successful customer service team based in Enderby.

Allocate Software provides an online worker management system to large companies who use temporary staff.

The role:



* Providing the initial point of contact for our customers
* Managing incoming requests from the Customer Portal
* Answering incoming calls from customers
* Logging and managing all incidents via the Service Management Tool
* Providing customers with timely updates to their cases
* Developing strong customer relationships
* Proactively review customer accounts and manage their own case queue
* Escalating high priority issues to line management
* Completing regular tasks in line with Contact Centre procedures
* Reviewing daily priorities
* Working with all areas of the business as required
* Assisting in the promotion of new developments and applications

As a point of contact for customers, you'll be expected to be an all-rounder who is experienced in working with customers. To deliver that you must be able to demonstrate:



* Experience in a customer facing role required. Ideally within an office environment, but not essential
