Working Hours & Pay Rate:

* Monday to Friday 09:00AM to 17:00PM
* Pay rate: £25,000 PER ANNUM / £12.83 PER HOUR


Based within the sales operation, the role of contract administrator will ensure end to end accuracy and timeliness or maintenance contract renewals with Philips customers. The role will include:

* Processing contract renewals by owning the process from quotation to invoicing
* Working with the customer care centre to understand customer requirements
* Working with account managers to ensure timely renewals
* Hitting monthly targets such as quotation accuracy, on-time renewals, customer satisfaction


* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Experience of SAP preferred but no essential
* Experience of working in a contract management or sales environment
* Excellent customer service skills and great attention to detail
* Able to work to targets and under pressure successfully
