Are you an experienced Contract Manager seeking a permanent job in the Bristol area?

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Social Housing focused Bristol office.

The successful candidate will manage a team of supervisors and trades throughout the South West, working closely with senior management and Housing Authorities.

Responsibilities



* Managing a number of key response maintenance contracts within the social housing sector delivering excellent operation performance and customer services in line with budget expectations
* Maintain and build strong client relationships, both directly and through the contract teams
* Manage H&S on site and implement/deliver CDM
* Conduct TBT and Team Talks in order to motivate the team and ensure H&S as well as raise the awareness of any challenges on site

Requirements



* SMSTS
* CSCS
* Extensive experience of leading and delivering response maintenance contracts within the Social Housing sector
* Excellent knowledge of responsive repairs/voids/planned works/project works
* Knowledge of Social Housing/Commercial/Projects/Insurance works
* Understanding of how to maximise productivity and how to measure and improve performance
* Ability to write RA/MS
