Contract Supervisor - Water Hygiene

North East - Mobile

£24,000 - £27,000

* Previous experience within a similar role
* Technical understanding of Water Hygiene/ legionella control compliance
* Experience in undertaking Legionella risk assessments
* Experience in supervising a team of mobile field engineers/technicians
* Full UK driving license
* Desirable to have experience of mechanical maintenance and repairs work - plumbing etc.
* Desirable to have operational experience in the delivery of water hygiene and or water treatment services
* Desirable to hold CSCS and IOSH


* Carry out a dual role in both operations and supporting the account manager in the delivery of existing and new contracts
* You will be a working supervisor, responsible for the day to day supervision and operation of the team of mobile engineers and technicians
* Day to day running of a busy Water Hygiene contract across multiple sites
* Allocation and managing engineers and technicians on a day to day basis
* Working alongside the Helpdesk to allocate and deliver works in line with the SLA
* Health and safety, including the inspection of equipment and keeping records
* Ordering material as required
* Day to day communications with the client and attending client meetings with the Account Manager
* Snagging and signing off work once completed
* Quality control
* Assisting the Account Manager with quotation requests from client
* Delivering works to a high standard
* Support the daily reactive works alongside the other on-going work
