Contract Support Admin-Southampton- £10.58 PH

The role will support and already established yet continually growing team and gives great opportunity for further development.

If so, we are currently looking for a Contracts Support Administrator to support the effective and efficient administration of their firm in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities



* Maintain CBRE Notice boards on site (Including QHSE)
* Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems e.g. logbooks, hazard reports, training and competency records, eLogbook's, ppe and toolbox talks.
* Manage CAFM system as a key user onsite including PPM records, reactive and reporting ¾ Promote and maintain CBRE culture throughout teams
* Monitor and maintain the attendance planner
* Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly
* Communicate effectively and build/maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external customers
* Answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
* Attend and participate in any relevant training courses
* Attend regular role specific meetings to share best practice

Person Specification/Requirements



* Experience working within Facilities Management would be an advantage
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority
* Organised - works in a structured way and thinks ahead to prioritise
* Logical - Works in a clear and consistent manner
* Attention to detail - confident and effective in putting across point of view to others
* Persistence - Does not let go of issues: follows up on issues through to resolution
* Customer and team focus - Puts customer and team needs first, always considers impact of actions on customer and team
* Self-Motivated - Able to prioritise demands and make decisions under pressure
* Diligent and pro-active
