An exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager has arisen within a key division of an industry leading Developer in the residential market with projects ranging up to £500m within Central London.


My client a highly successful, privately owned, national construction group head quartered in the heart of London, the business is currently experiencing growth and as such seeks to strengthen our production teams.


As part of a well-established team the successful applicant will have a fantastic opportunity to develop their administration skills and gain experience working on some of London's larger, more iconic schemes which will enhance their career prospects.


My client highly values career progression, with 1/3 of their promotions made internally. This position will suit an accomplished Contracts Manager keen to progress their career and skills with a turnkey Residential Developer, you will be reporting into the Construction Director managing a portfolio of work up to £500 million.
