Contract Manager required for leading Kent based Housing Developer. £salary £75 - £85k plus package.

Our client is a leading Kent based Housing Developer know for delivering residential projects across the County to a very high standard.

They undertake projects always varying in size and build types from standard apartment blocks in city and town centres, through large traditional volume unit developments and coast line high spec bespoke houses and apartments.

Due to a number of new projects starting this year our client is looking to employ an experienced Contract Manager to oversee 3 - 4 developments in Kent . Experience of managing multiple projects and site teams, overseeing site progress, quality and Health and Safety is required as is a strong work ethic, the ability to build relationships with interior and exterior teams, motivational and man management skills.

The client is a forward thinking and ambitious business with a very strong land bank and pipeline of upcoming projects. They are looking for a similar minded Contract Manager for this excellent opportunity and are keen to get the right candidate on board soon.
