Are you located in London for a fresh change in the groundworks sector?

I have a new role at contracts manager level workig directly to the client and will allow you to work through your own LTD company. My client are a groundworks subcontractor working with some of the leading main contractors in London. This position requires someone who has previously worked with a rival subcontractor at contracts manager level.

Anyone who displays strong experience in the areas mentioned could interview next week for the soonest possible start!

Roles and responsibilities:



* Liaising with clients, subcontractors and the design team
* Preparing and writing method statements, ITP's and risk assessments
* Site set up and compliance with health and safety
* Planning and programming of the works 3 weeks ahead
* Attending weekly progress meetings
* Management of site/setting out engineers
Candidate Requirements:


* Must have experience working with a groundworks subcontractor
* Have previous experience as a Contracts Manager.
* Knowledge of drainage, Roads, kerbs and groundworks
* A valid CSCS card
