    Do you have experience working in construction, lettings or surveying? A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to undertake the management and development of new projects within a well known organisation.Responsibilities:Liaise with internal and external partners and stakeholdersTo identify suitable properties for purchase and development of proposed schemes for refurbishments for let or salePrepare and coordinator refurbishment works onsite and liaise with contractorsEstablish timelines on projects completionTo coordinate, monitor and report on project activities and targetsProduce specific reports on the project as required Preparation, monitoring and identification of variances of project financial budgets.To attend various meetings with project management data and informationEnsure the collation, validation and safe-keeping of records.Assist on business development opportunities or any other duties as requiredSkills required:Degree in Construction/Surveying/Project management qualificationExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure to tight deadlinesAbility to multi-task and work autonomouslyDetermined nature, willingness to go the extra mileIf you have experience working in a similar position and you have the skills and experience detailed above, please APPLY Today or ring Laura at Randstad for an informal chat.
